The Bike Rack is located in the Gateway North Parking Facility at the corner of E. 4th and High Street in Downtown Cleveland. Situated across the street from the Gateway Complex, The Bike Rack is within a ten minute walk of Cleveland’s major entertainment and professional sports arenas.

Services Available
During hours of operation, the following services will be provided to bicycle commuters and downtown visitors:
Secure Bicycle Parking
Pass holders have 24-hour access to 50 secure, convenient, indoor bicycle parking spaces. Outdoor parking is free and available to everyone. The indoor parking area is monitored by a security camera system.
Lockers, Showers and Towel Services
To make your bicycle commute comfortable all pass holders have access to the individual shower, changing units and towel service. Complimentary soap and hair care products are also available. The shower and changing units are only available during normal business hours. Pass holder lockers will be located within the secure shower/changing facility and designed specifically for the working professional.
Public day lockers will be located in the bicycle parking portion of the facility and are available, but not guaranteed, for all patrons.
Bicycle Repair Shop
The Bike Rack can do most minor repairs on your bike. If a repair is too large for us to handle, don’t worry! We have a list of reputable repair shops in Cleveland.

Information Center
The Bike Rack is an information center for bicycling in Cleveland. Available materials include bicycle route maps, brochures discussing points-of-interest, event information as well as promotional materials highlighting Downtown Cleveland merchants and attractions.
